The Ernest Becker Foundation
The EBF is devoted to multidisciplinary inquiries into human behavior, most notably violence, using Becker's Birth and Death of Meaning (1971), his Pulitzer Prize-winning Denial of Death and its companion Escape From Evil, to support research and application at the interfaces of science, the humanities, social action and religion.

The World Leaders Project
A multi-year project initiated by Greg Bennick and Skidmore College professor Sheldon Solomon. The two wrote letters to every leader of every country on the planet asking to meet and speak on a one-on-one basis in order to discuss the psychology of violence and why humans are attracted towards destruction.
